At No. 23 in the Commanders roster rankings, Williams may not yet be considered a guaranteed contributor. Still, his early momentum suggests that could change quickly once preseason action begins. If he continues developing at this pace, Washington could end up with one of the offseason’s biggest surprises — a rookie receiver capable of contributing far earlier than anyone originally expected.
